Purdue University 2023 Focus Award

Dr. Jennifer Smith and Dr. Jasmine Begeske received the system-wide Purdue University 2023 Focus Award for their commitment to disability, equity, and inclusion at Purdue. They were recognized for their dedication as co-founding directors of the Center for Resources and Equipment for Assistive Technology in Education (CREATE) in the College of Education that supports faculty and students with resources for the development and individualization of assistive technology to promote accessibility and inclusion in education through innovative and effective interventions and practices.
